Lead our wood-fired oven team to produce perfectly crafted Neapolitan punch pizza using authentic Italian methods and imported ingredients. You'll oversee dough preparation, topping execution, and quality control while mentoring junior kitchen staff in traditional techniques.
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations at our Hennepin Avenue location. You'll manage a team of 20+ staff, handle scheduling and inventory, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold Punch pizza's standards of quality and hospitality.
Support our kitchen team in preparing appetizers, salads, and pasta dishes that complement our world-class pizza. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where precision and passion are equally valued. Previous Italian or Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus.
